So what is Hillary Clinton's guy actually doing?

I have just looked at the Evening Standard website, looking to see what is happening in the Mayor campaign. Doesn't really have much on Brian Paddick. Which beggars the question.. what is Elton John paying for this supposedly top notch Hillary Clinton campaigner for?
